Komaba Campus

Komaba Campus

1-35-32 Komaba, Meguro-ku, Tōkyō, 153- 8508

The second stop on the Keio Inokashira Line, Komaba is a prominent educational district in the metropolitan area. As the name Komaba-Tōdaimae Station suggests, this quiet area is home to the University of Tokyo’s College of Arts and Sciences. The NIT Komaba school building is located in a quiet, verdant neighborhood on the other side of the station from the University of Tokyo. From its earthquake-resistant construction and sunlight-filled open layout to the spacious rooftop that students can actively use, it has an atmosphere unique to NIT Komaba.

Currently, 70% of our students commute from within the metro area, including Hachioji and Machida; 24% commute from Yokohama and Kawasaki, and a few even travel from Chiba and Saitama. This is due to the school being situated in the very heart of the city as well as the fact that it is conveniently located a mere three minutes from the station. We are proud that our students enjoy safe and easy commutes. Students fill their free time after school with things like self-study and club activities.
